Right now Cinny has nothing to do with verification.

- [ ] Add verification option (via QR code)
- [ ] Add verification option (via items)
- [ ] Add security indicator (Secure, Conditionally verified, Unverified) The "Secure" status is set when the verification has been done. The "Conditionally verified" status is set when verification has not been done, but the chat is secure, since the keys have not changed since the chat started. The status "Unverified" stands when the verification has not been completed.
Approximately such solution is used in Element.

I can't verify another person's sessions, and the rooms don't show the security indicator like Element.
I will add that the lack of an option to initiate a verification and the missing other party uses unverified session warning confused me very much given the advertisement of a "client focusing primarily on simple, elegant and secure interface." I've been searching hard for this feature in the UI before coming here, assuming this was among the things that cinny would prioritize.
This has been an issue mentioned at least 3-4 years ago with no sign of being added, what's a shame.
It's really the only thing that's missing from cinny. It would be perfect if it had it.
