very hacky account switcher poc

this is just a proof of concept and very much not in any state for merging as-is, though it does do what it says on the tin. i have very little familiarity with react or cinny's codebase and would like to use this as a means to open a discussion with the devs about how this feature could be better designed and implemented.

one thing i'd like out of an account switcher is to be able to receive notifications on all logged in accounts. it doesn't seem too necessary imo to actually be logged in with all accounts at once to just receive notifications (running the sync api and loading all messages probably causes significant resource usage), maybe this is a potential use case for push notifications?
