Make space "manage rooms" interface easier to find

Describe the problem

For new users and new members of a space, it can be difficult to find the list of rooms in a space that they have joined. Part of the issue may be the verbiage "Manage rooms" which does not apply to people who are space administrators, and part of it may be related to the fact that this section is buried under the space's settings menu which people may not know to click on.

Pinning a space to the sidebar allows users to find this more easily by right-clicking the space icon, but new users may similarly not know what pinning a space does yet, and this feature is still somewhat hidden to users unfamiliar with the interface.

Describe the solution you'd like

• "Manage rooms" should change to "View rooms" depending on the user's power levels in the space
• if the user is not a member of any of the rooms in the space, viewing the space could immediately open to the space preferences or the list of rooms modal
• joining a space could automatically pin it to the sidebar (since this is a more familiar interface and a common task) and still allow users to "unpin" it if it is not desired
