Support for custom user text statuses / bio's

Describe the solution you'd like

Create, edit, and view the custom status feature present in fluffychat & element (also a bio feature, like on discord, for a longer text field would be nice.)

I'd expect these to appear in the little 'user profile' thing when you click on someone's pfp.

Additional context

Fluffychat and element appear to have different ways of achieving a custom user status.. I'm unsure why they're different, but perhaps showing multiple statuses if a user has multiple could be an option? I'd prefer if cinny chose to modify one of the existing statuses instead of creating a third way of making a status lmfao.
