Uploading images when using torbrowser fails

Describe the bug

I don't know if image uploading works on normal browsers, but it certainly fails on the torbrowser.

Reproduction

1. Open account using tobrowser
2. chat with someone
3. press "plus" icon to attach an image
4. image uploading proceeds up to 100% but ultimately ends up failing

Expected behavior

No response

Platform and versions

1. OS: Debian bookworm
2. Browser: torbrowser 13.5.2 
3. Cinny: browser version
4. Matrix homeserver: envs.net

Seems to be working on Brave browser with Tor turned on.

sorry @kfiven but Brave with tor is not the same as the torbrowser
