Ability to redact messages

Describe the problem

On Element web/desktop, you can redact certain messages like join events and display name changes. I sometimes have new users who didn't realize what their name would appear as and quickly change it, and I'd like to be able to redact the messages with the wrong/private name before too many people see. Needing to log into element web to do so is a significant inconvenience.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the remove menu item to these messages as well, that sends a redaction to the server.
