Room keys don't appear to export on macOS

Describe the bug

Room keys don't appear to export on macOS.

While the "Successfully exported all keys" message is displayed, no dialogue opens to choose a directory and the keys are not found in the filesystem.

Reproduction

1. Go to Settings, Security
2. Scroll down and select Export E2E room keys, enter a password, and confirm
3. Press Export
4. No dialogue opens, no keys are found

Expected behavior

1. Go to Settings, Security
2. Scroll down and select Export E2E room keys, enter a password, and confirm
3. Press Export
4. A dialogue opens OR keys are saved to a pre-defined directory like Downloads
