Cannot download images or open in new window with right click menu, despite option appearing

Describe the bug

When you right click on an image, the "open image in new window" and "download image" options do not work.

Reproduction

1. Right click an image
2. Click download image or open image in new window
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

I expect the image to open in my default web browser if I choose "open image in new window" and I expect the image to create a download dialogue box thing if I click download image.

1. OS: MacOS Ventura 13.0.1
