that is an issue of WSA attempting to use the wrong adapter if you have multiple of them active, to fix it turn off all your network adapters except the primary one you use to connect to the internet

Make sure that Windows Hypervisor Platform is enabled and disable Hyper V (if it is enabled and you do not need it)
- Before you restart your PC allow inbound and outbound connections in Windows Firewall for WSA
