Radegast v2.45 - Inventory does not rez on Attach
Only attachments? Wearables are ok? When you add them, are you adding link objects or the objects themselves? Are the items you are trying to attach showing in Current Outfit folder? Also, if you teleport to another region do the attachments then show?
Not trying to give you a workaround, but trying to know exactly what you are experiencing so I can reproduce and fix the issue.
I found the problem... Be looking out for 2.46 in the next few days or maybe it will be 2.45.1.

the current fit would not attach, even with it being a saved fit. That had some of it already attached.

So yah still refuses to load the complete avatar, if i do a replace outfit it totally goes wrong and i end up like seriously wrong, where even SL client warns outfit has no items. So re wearing in normal SL; back to Radegast and again head, hands and half the outfit simply does not attach on login.
Tested on 2.45.399
