RLV Version not uptodate? Missing links?

I am a developer of multiple RLV projects in Secondlife and I figured the RLV version is not up to date it seems. Im missing a few functions here. THey simply dont work. Also the links to lsl helper and other links are leading to a 404. I think many people would be interested in that
