Wash sale protection in strategies

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A wash sale is a transaction in which an investor sells or trades a security at a loss and purchases "a substantially similar one" 30 days before or 30 days after the sale. A new wrapper strategy is needed to provide wash sale protection on the top of other strategies when needed.
