Feature: 1.44" Display HAT Support

There are several HATs that have 1.44" displays are are the same footprint as the Zero, that would be a really cool way to show progress information during setup. Once working, it could show WiFi detection status, files to move and progress when it is doing that, if it is fixing the FAT, etc. It of course needs to be optional as I'm guessing many would not use it.

I've been trying to just get the display working on a simple Raspbian install, but I'm a Windows dev lost in a Linux shell and not seeing the light.
