Tetragon: Repeatable benchmarks

We run a set of benchmarks against Tetragon, usually around release time. It would be nice to have some way via tetragon.io report what we do and results out. Then we can make these automated and report them every week or so.

@jrfastab I'm sure benchmarking data for tetragon is important to many people, and before we get into tetragon.io I wonder if you'd prefer to share this in some other way first?
