Review teams in contributing guide

I was looking at the project roles in the contributing guide. Currently there is no windows review team in the guide. Should I add a link to it there or how do you want that team to relate to the rest of the ladder?

ebpf-go-reviewers and ebpf-go-windows-reviewers

There are two different teams though right? Should I make the heading generic then mention both teams below?
