Sorry I missed this comment. I think it would fall into 2 Implementable, although we don't have the explicit approval of a committer, (the team/sig-scalability agreed to the contents). I've had to pivot from this work for now, so it's possible the scope could change in the future when we're able to pick it back up.

Marking as draft for now. Feel free to mark it as "Ready for Review" if we have a contributor interested to work on this. I would suggest syncing with #sig-scalability on Cilium Slack to coordinate efforts on this and move the CFP towards approval.
