How to use Web demo

Very nice work, can you explain how the web demo works? I often get an error

Thank you for your interest. Due to having only one GPU to support the web demo, it may fail when there are too many people in the queue. You can use your own GPU to launch your own web demo by trying this command: python edit_app.py.
