DH 2.0 Schema Editor `field group` runtime error

When the user tries to edit the "Field group" column ("Field" tab) when editing a NEW field or a copy of REUSED field the editor has a runtime error, preventing the action from being performed.

Issue is partially fixed in that no code error will occur (if you refresh this branch). However, the field group menu should be populated for schemas that have existing defined field groups, but it isn't currently being populated. I'll leave this open until that is fixed.
