One-to-many DataHarmonizer table relations

This project requires adding a "container" construct to a LinkML schema which DataHarmonizer can read and setup tables for. This translates to creating tables to view/manage records with primary keys linked to other records in a 1-many fashion. See https://linkml.io/linkml/intro/tutorial02.html
