Allow excluding retweets
It would be nice to have a GET parameter to exclude retweets from a user's RSS feed and only include their own submissions.
Probably need to ponder this for a bit. Here's the dilemma which I am considering.
Its not clear to me that there is a good way to filter RTs in the Twitter web UI. So it would be a case of filtering out tweets from the results. That could mean it was possible for twitrss.me clients to get no results in their feed, which might be confusing behaviour or at least unexpected.
If you click on the "gear" icon (to the right of the page) when on a user's page on Twitter, there is "Turn off retweets"; however, that controls whether the person's retweets will appear on your timeline, but they will appear on the user's own page regardless of the setting, so I'm not sure whether that could be useful for your code.
I would also like an option to turn off replies to other people, but I guess that would definitely need downstream filtering.
It'd just be nice to get an RSS feed with "news" about what the user is actually sending out to the world, as opposed to echoes and prolonged discussions. I realize I could filter this all on my own, but that doesn't work on a generic RSS reader.
