[Bug]: Cannot reorder queue or add songs to it in some cases

Describe the Bug

Whenever playing either an artist radio or a playlist that has been running for a while, the queue reordering stops working and adding a song to be played next does nothing at all.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an artist and play their "radio station"
   • Alternatively start a playlist and let it play for a while
2. Try to move a song within the queue
   • It will jump to its original location
3. Try to add a song to be played next
   • The queue will not change and the song will not play
