[Bug]: Window Background Breaking upon invalid mica

Describe the Bug

Enabling mica while you have your wallpaper set to a solid colour causes mica to break, and well in turn break all the other settings. from what i can see it kinda corrupts the mica cache? as after deleting it, it resumes back to normal (assuming i have a image wallpaper).

basically having weird (maybe corrupted?) mica cache completely breaks all window background settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a solid colour background in windows settings
2. Enable mica
3. Restart Cider
4. Try to use any other window background setting

• OS: Windows 11 22H2 (22621.232)
• App Version and/or Commit ID: 1.5.4-beta.34
