[Bug]: UI slows to a crawl when attempting to load the songs tab

Describe the Bug

When you click on the songs tab of cider, it takes forever for the songs to load in and they not only never do load in the ui also slows down a lot and at points freezes too.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on songs tab wait for them to load they never load and the app slows down a lot.

• OS: Fedora 36
• App Version and/or Commit ID: 1.5.1
