1. Event Quest daily rotation & Daily Mission (and other quest-related features) reset occurs on 7:00 AM PST (00:00 JST)
2. Daily login bonuses, Friend Gift, Support list refresh occurs on 11:00 AM PST (4:00 AM JST)

Usually while you remain in the game before reset, when you enter a loading sequence after the 2nd reset (11:00 PST/4:00 AM JST) occurs, a pop up saying "The date has changed. Returning to Home" will appear and will send you to the Home screen, displaying the Daily login bonuses.

Additionally, in-game announcements usually uses PT timezone since it is an English localized version of the game. Daily reset time however has never changed according to PST/PDT, it had always remains the same for years (4:00 AM JST).
