x/crypto/ssh support

Currently stdin an isatty are not configureable which makes using this package with x/crypto/ssh impossible.

hi, @fd. Would you mind to describe more details about it? What scenes that you needs ssh package? And how would readline supports that as your expect. Thanks!

Hi, I think what @fd means is that it would be nice to use an abritray io.Reader as input for commands. Examples would be a tcp connection or in this case a ssh connection. This way readline could for example be used to create control shells for daemons. I would also like this a lot! regards
