Choose Systems not working, its all or nothing

When i try to select which systems an access account has access to, if i uncheck any box, when i save, it unchecks all boxes. So there is no ability to choose systems at all. Its either all or none.

Are you running v6.3? I have multiple Rdio feeds going, and none of them have this issue. Have you tried to do this in a different browser than what you normally use? Any errors in the logs?
