In the "latest snapshot", resizing the left control panel when the `Map` tab is opened causes the right control panel to resize in conjunction

If the Map tab is opened, and the left control panel is resized, the right control panel is resized in conjunction with the left control panel, which should not happen.

The video below displays the effect.

That's, unfortunately, how split panels behave in JavaFX.

Apparently this is indeed fixable, @ShirleyNekoDev just knows JavaFX way better than I ever will :sweat_smile:
