Enhancement: add functionality to update gear definitions

Regarding updating gear from #2205 "Those are not improvements, so they are not re-applied. Improvements are only items that are found within tags or similar (e.g. , )."

Any chance of adding functionality to update Street Gear (Gear, Clothing and Armor, Weapons), Vehicles and Drones, etc. from the data definitions files? Rather than a global function (like Re-apply Improvements) perhaps adding an option to the rt-click sub-menu of an individual gear item to update that one item.
