Possibility of Comparison between samples

Hi Chuiqin, Thank you so much for providing us with a valuable tool and the accompanying tutorials. They have been incredibly helpful. I am curious about the tool development roadmap, specifically regarding to possibility of conducting comparisons between different samples integrated within a single V5 Seurat object in the near future. In irGESA, some gene set scoring methods, such as AUCell, UCell, singscore, ssgsea, JASMINE and viper, work based on the expression rank of individual cells. These scoring methods are batch independent and independent of global expression profiles. Therefore, batch has less impact on gene set scoring scores when using these methods for gene set scoring.
