v3: CLI build?

We made extensive use of kubeyaml v2 in our CI pipeline. Any chance instructions for building v3 as a cli tool could be provided?

I'll see what I can do, shouldn't be difficult to migrate. Great feedback to know folks are using it. Hope this hasn't caused too much trouble for anyone. If y'all want to take a stab at it though, I will gladly review PRs. Otherwise, hang tight until this makes it to the top of my to do list.
