Coalesce related notifications

Twitter dot app does this. So does Tusker.

Basically, if three people follow you, make that one notification with those three people in it. If three people favorite the same post of yours, make that one notification.

Toot! implements it as grouping by day, whereas I group by being adjacent. (E.g., if you have five people faving the same status, that's a group; but if the third person faved a different status, that's three groups.)

Might make more sense to go daily.
