Poll Questions Inhabit Other Posts In Same Column After Interaction

I am not sure how to describe it, but only after interaction, Poll Questions tend to show up in other posts in the same column as it. The example in my video showcases the poll contents being in the very first post of my notifications, then part way down, and then I find the original poll, which is NOT made by me nor shares the same text and only questions. It's strange. I'm not sure if this is caused by restarting the client, but after reloading the column a couple of times the extra poll iterations disappear and only remain in its original post.
