Japanese date format is incorrect

Right now, the date boxes in the Japanese localization shows a straight field-for-field calque of the English format (i.e. Wed 17 May shows as 水 17 5月). The actual date format for Japanese is "M月d日(E)", i.e. "5月17日(水)". I haven't checked the rest of the localizations but Unicode maintains a database of localization formats, this one is at https://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/43/by_type/date_&_time.gregorian.html#7f7bdb9593a8cc11 (the MMMEd section)
