Gujarati translation of wttr.in

What is absolutely cool about ગુજરાતી that it uses its own script. It would be really great if you could help with the translation.

There are three files to be translated:

• The messages file (https://github.com/chubin/wttr.in/blob/master/share/translations/messages/gu.yaml)
• The help file
• The weather conditions file

The first one is the smallest one, let's start with it. I prepared the initial (untranslated) gu.yaml. Please, simply translate all the English messages (specified as the values).

quick question, there are some grammar inconsistencies like. i think you expect weather report for: but in gujarati it would typically be <location's> weather report. (grammar structure)
