Include Moon rise & set times

I think it would be awesome to include the localised times for when the moon is expected to rise & set at a particular location to https://wttr.in/moon

I had a read around the documentation but didn't see any existing issues or features.

I think it would be a great feature. Additionally to that we could show this info in the v2 view:

curl v2.wttr.in

Also, maybe we should show moon position (altitude and azimuth) and moon illumination?
