Translate:
- header ("Weather report")
- names of the time periods (morning, noon, evening, night)

Your welcome. So, for example, where is the file for "header ("Weather report")"?
These 5 words/phrases are not yet on github, that's why I mentioned them here, so please just improve my translations; and the rest is where I specified it above.
Please check the initial support:

Please check how it looks like (the header line should be fixed; the dates are too wide; I will fix it)
Now we need to translate the rest (share/translations first of all)
that's not bad. but there are some problems:
- صبح should come to the right and then ظهر and so on.
- the months' name is not correct.
- I don't think shell can handle Persian letters correctly.
Months names are taken from an external localization library; we can fix them.
Please check for the moment only the shell version (curl output); ignore the browser version for the moment.
Let us first make the shell version work correctly, and after that the browser version can be fixed.

(I always use different location names because the output is cached for some time, so every time after any changes we should take something new to see the effect).
Persian letters on browser is ok. the problem is on the shell.

its better, but its hard to read, becaue in Persian when letters stick toghear there shape changes, but here all the letters are spillited that make words hard to read and make them ugly.

yes, I installed the Persian language pack.

That is irrelevant to this problem. Windows console doesn't support Unicode very well.
I've added dummy files for the Persian translations, and I've added a couple of examples there:

Could you please translate these two files (fa.txt and fa-help.txt)? You need to fork the repository for that, make the translation and then send a pull request to me.
And I will fix the browser version in the mean time.

The browser version is still not fixed though, but the console version already works.

@javad94 Thank you very much for the translation. I've merged it and switched it live on the server.
Terminal version (with curl) is working now; the browser version is yet to be fixed (the R2L problem).
