mobilenetv2-ssd 0.25 training

Hi @chuanqi305, I try to train the mobilenetv2 ssd 0.25 model, the train.prototxt is generated by ssd/gen_model.py with patrameter of size to be 0.25. But the loss is down and keep to between 7 and 8. Do you have any ideas?
