mAP of 66.7.

Hello,

I am using the deploy model and deploy prototxt to get accuracy on VOC2007 test dataset. I am at 66.7% mAP score, lower than your numbers (68 without COCO training). I use 300,300 resize/mean sub/scale as quoted in the repo. Any suggestions on how to get your accuracy numbers?
