[Bug Report]: Majrusz Enchantments Bugging Enigma Resonator

Describe the bug; What happened?

The enchantment "Enigma Resonator" and its subsequent 3 levels seem to not work at all then Majruszs Enchantments is enabled. Nothing unusual seems to appear in the log. Videos attatched were made with ME enabled (and the library) and with ME disabled. (Mod list was only fabric loader, this mod's library, this mod, and mcdw)

My server (that I'm an admin in, Wolfqueens Origins) uses both mods and have just recently added ME only to realize the previously stated issue. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and if some kind of patch could be made, that would be great, thank you.

Expected Behavior

Enigma Resonator working as intended.
