Wishlist: Delegated credentials (subcerts)

With the "delegated credentials" specification (draft-ietf-tls-subcerts) approved for publication, it would be great to have a test around that indicates to the user whether its client supports delegated credentials (or "subcerts" as they are also known as by their document name).
