Add BrowserLeaks client test suite

Hey there,

I thought I'd add the BrowserLeaks SSL/TLS client test to the test suites category as is similar in nature to the SSL Labs listing, but provides more detail in its results. It also demonstrates how fingerprinting can be performed based on the client configuration and support.
