Not able to request an origin trial token

I think "Digital Goods API" is still not available on chrome and origin trial is only limited to Chrome version 96 with End date 31 Jan 2022. Information for Request an origin trial token should be updated. Also, "Digital Goods Api" is not listed at developer console.

Hi, thanks for the flag! Digital Goods API has launched as a stable API with Chrome M100: https://chromestatus.com/feature/5339955595313152

On M100 and above, the API is available without an origin trial token. On earlier versions, the API is no longer available because origin trial has expired.

We'll update the docs with the new information.
