add DSD japanese translation
Hi, I've finished Japanese translation of "Design Systems for Developers". I'm glad to be reviewed it :)
@chameleonhead was thinking of you and was about to reach out and see if you're willing to help @naoki8ster get the translation proofread. So thankful for your initiative š ! I'll keep an eye on this and see how it goes. Let me know once the translation is good to go and I'll gladly merge it. Thank you very much for both of you for this.

@naoki8star I had started proofreading, but recently I haven't had enough time to complete it. Although it is in process, I am sending the review results as it is. I have done proofreading from the beginning to the middle of the Document section.
@chameleonhead Thank you for your detailed feedbacks ! That's really helpful. I'll revise my translation referring to them although it may takes time.
I am so sorry for replying late. Maybe I can continue in a few months.

@naoki8ster, sorry for the delayed response and for not getting back to you. I've checked, and we're in a good state, it seems, and with that out of the way, I would to throw an idea your way. If you're ok with it, that is. What do you think about merging this as it's now and sharing it so that we can give you a more than honourable mention (and you as well, @chameleonhead, for a great job proofreading) for the great work you did and also hopefully start to get some traction behind it and get more folks to help with the translation. That will give us some breathing room for the required changes for 7.0 (which will be released soon) and allow you, @chameleonhead and any other contributor willing to jump in and help maintain it. What do you think?
