Build tools are not working as expected.

Hi, it seems every time I make an attempt to build the book, it fails silently. If I execute ./build_(type) I will get no output, nor any files built in their respective locations. I am using a fresh pull from 20110802.

Are you still experiencing this? Do you have the prerequisites installed?

Yes, I do. And on another system I've got this working fine. Any pointers to help me be sure?

I just cloned today (20 Sept 2011) and can confirm build issues. However, the html script does give one error: Unknown link postfix After this, only chapters 00-03 show up in build/html.
