[Install issue]: Add documentation for installing chroma on local docker

What happened?

Need documentation on how install chroma on a local Mac via docker. Current documentation at https://docs.trychroma.com/usage-guide has no specifics. Doesn't mention how to get hold of the relevant docker file etc. I remember there was some documentation on how to get them from GitHub but it appears that it has been removed in the past couple of days. Please add the detailed instructions again.
