[Bug]: Collection name can be modified to existing collection name

What happened?

Client has many collections. Bug is that collection can be renamed to pre-existing collection.

Afterwards, the old collection is gone from the client.

Solution: An exception if trying to rename collection to a collection which already exists.

Versions

Chroma 0.3.14 Python.
