[Feature Request]: abitlity to define where `chroma.log` is stored

Describe the problem

I start chroma with chroma run --path ./db and I noticed a chroma.log file in the current folder rather than under ./db/.

Describe the proposed solution

Would be nice to either have a --logpath option, to define where the log file is created, or for the log file to be under the same path of the sqlite file.

Alternatives considered

Checking chroma run --help I could not see other ways to achieve the same.
