Enable Carto Postgres Connector?

Hi Chris,

Wondering if you've tested this with the Carto postgres connector and/or gotten that working with this? I wasn't able to get this Docker image built with the latest versions from Carto so ended up doing a manual build (and am happy to share notes about that) but Carto throws a permission error when I try to use the Postgres connector. If you've tried this or found anything about enabling it (or if anyone has stumbled upon the same) I would appreciate any pointers.

I am interested in this as well. I was able to get this Docker image to build using https://github.com/chriswhong/docker-cartodb/pull/35 but I am not seeing docs on how to setup connectors in CartoDB at all.
