Webcam works but video is black

Any types on how to resolve this issue?

Running latest MacOS and version of OCLP but have no video from webcam. It is detected and the Microphone works but video is just black.

Permissions showing ok under Camera in Privacy and Security.

Works ok until the root patches are applied.
