Library versioning

Hello Chris,

This repo is the only thing that sheds some real light on how to manage UI/Design systems on Vue on the web. Thank you for that.

I've been experimenting with it and couldn't find an easy answer to versioning. I assume you publish what is generated in '/packages/'. If so, how do you bump version numbers, since the folder is completely regenerated every time?
